Latex 15 Years Limited Warranty
Natura Beds warrants the latex mattresses to be free from defects in workmanship for 15 years from date of purchase to the original purchaser with 1- 10 years non-prorated and the next 11-15 years prorated as per appendix A. Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new warranty period. Natura Beds will at its option, replace or repair any latex mattress if they fail during the warranty period at no charge other than transportation costs.Natura Beds reserves the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. This warranty is valid only if you have used a foundation bed designed with a slat (at least 1” between slats) system allowing the Latex mattress to breathe. The use of any kind of solid surface will cancel the warranty. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser. To validate your warranty you will be required to produce a copy of acceptable proof of date and place of purchase. The warranty does not apply to: Normal body impressions, Firmness preference of the product, Cover (fabric), Product sold for commercial use, Stains or soil, and Burns. It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the Latex, which can occur during normal use. We do not warrant our product as a remedy for any specific medical condition and do not warrant against any complications resulting from the use or inability to use this product. Natura Beds is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising through the use of this product.
Appendix A
If your latex mattress becomes defective due to workmanship within 11-15 years from date of purchase Natura Beds will replace the mattress at a pro-rated cost. The pro-rated charge will be as follows: the number of years you have owned the mattress divided by fifteen (15), times the original purchase price. During the pro-rated period any transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be in addition to the pro-rated charges. Your mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained here. Substitution or use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases, upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. If the consumer utilizes an improper base, causing the product to default, the warranty will be voided.
